Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Durvankur Ayurved and Fertility Center. We strive to provide the best Ayurvedic treatments and products for our customers. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Appointment Cancellations
Cancellation by the Client: Clients may cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. Cancellation by Durvankur Ayurved and Fertility Center: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and any fees paid will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment.

2. Product Orders
Cancellation of Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges. If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds: Refunds for cancelled orders (if within the 24-hour window and the order has not been shipped) will be processed within 7-10 business days. If the product is received damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement or refund. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received to qualify for a refund.

3. Digital Products and Services
Cancellation: Digital products and services, including e-books and online consultations, cannot be cancelled once purchased. In case of technical issues preventing access to digital products, please contact us for support. Refunds: Refunds for digital products and services are only issued in the event of a technical failure that cannot be resolved.
